Performance Marketing Manager (Paid, Social/Display, Search)
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be working directly with the Head of Performance Marketing to deliver world-class digital marketing campaign strategies that generate product engagement and create conversation in the marketplace.
Our ideal candidate has an established background in consumer marketing. You are a creative, analytical, and strategic thinker and a strong executor with meticulous project management skills. You also have a passion for Neural DSP’s products and an interest in music, guitar or bass, and/or music production.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and broader company to develop creatives.
- Perform creative and data-driven testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Consolidate campaign performance into digestible reports suitable for everyone on the team.
About You
- You are a creative, analytical, and strategic thinker.
- You are data-driven and highly analytical.
- You are a passionate guitarist/musician and have experience with Neural DSP’s products or similar products.
- You collaborate well with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience delivering highly engaging digital advertisement and content marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of media mix and experience across multiple marketing channels & mediums.
- Personal interest in music, music production, guitar, bass, plugins, and other subjects relevant to Neural’s field.
