Quality Assurance Tester

Neural DSP is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Tester to join our Quality Assurance (QA) Team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and verifying the functionality, reliability, and performance of our software and hardware products. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other QA Team members to identify and troubleshoot issues and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The QA Team is lead from the US. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document defects and issues found during testing.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, product managers, and customer support) to ensure the timely resolution of issues. 
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Stay up-to-date with test strategies and new testing tools. 

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in testing software, firmware, and functionality, performance, and usability of hardware.
  • Successfully shipped multiple products as a member of a Quality Assurance team.


Proficiencies Required:

  • Ad-Hoc testing methods and approaches
  • Testing firmware for embedded systems
  • Testing audio plugins (AU, VST, AAX)
  • Testing mobile applications (iOS, Android)
  • Testing web-based applications


Location: Helsinki, Finland (On-location, Headquarters) and Europe (Remote).
