Sales and Service Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily sales and service support tasks, ensuring smooth and world class customer service and performance tracking. You will be working closely with production, sales and finance teams in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery reports and customer returns
  • Create sales orders for customers
  • Monitor and follow up on inventories of outside partners
  • Track shipping costs and other logistics-related KPIs
  • Manage indirect/MRO purchases of production consumables and factory utilities
  • Verify and check operations invoices
  • Generate weekly production KPI reports

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance related processes
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with logistics systems and tools
  • Minimum educational requirement Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English
