We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office & HR Assistant to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. This is a fixed-term role for a duration of at least one year, with the possibility of extension.

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations in our office while assisting with HR-related tasks. You will work closely with our Head of HR and collaborate with the finance team to provide support for various office assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR systems.

• Assist with recruitment processes.

• Handle holiday and absence records in coordination with payroll.

• Support the planning and organization of company events.

• Manage travel arrangements for staff.

• Order food and beverages for the office.

• Perform administrative tasks such as handling emails, scanning, document management, invoice checking, equipment orders, package management, and shipping.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and excellent organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• At least 2 years of experience in office administration, HR support, or a related field.

• A relevant degree or last year studies in HR or business administration.

• Familiarity with HR systems and administrative processes is an advantage.
