We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Controller to join our finance team. You’ll be responsible for customer invoicing, payment collections, and monthly inventory analysis, working closely with the sales team and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and issue accurate and timely customer invoices
• Ensure smooth product delivery to customers and follow up when necessary
• Maintain strong communication with both customers and the sales team regarding billing and collections
• Handle accounts receivable and actively manage payment collections
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and ensure accurate accounting entries
• Support month-end closing activities
• Lead and participate in initiatives to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency across finance workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Genuine interest in automation, digital tools, and improving workflows
• Comfortable working across teams and with external stakeholders
• Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus but not mandatory
