Operations & Sourcing Trainee (Summer 2026)

About Neural DSP

Neural DSP builds professional guitar & audio processing tools used by musicians worldwide. We're a distributed company of around 170 people globally, with our factory based in Helsinki.

The role

We're hiring a summer trainee to support our Sourcing Manager at the Helsinki factory. You'll be doing real work from day one: keeping our procurement process organised, our data clean, and our suppliers accountable.

What you'll work on:

  • Track open purchase orders and keep delivery dates updated in our ERP

  • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and delays

  • Clean and maintain supplier records, lead times, and pricing fields in the ERP

  • Send RFQs based on existing templates

  • Monitor stock levels and support sample tracking

  • Help with the EAN/GTIN barcode transition

  • Organise supplier documents and Confluence pages

What we're looking for:

  • Studying or recently graduated in business, supply chain, logistics, or similar

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in systems

  • Can work independently once pointed in the right direction

  • Some exposure to procurement or ERP tools is a plus, not a requirement

  • Good English communication skills
